Meet our Coaches for Summer 2017!!!!
Rachael is from Peterborough, Ontario where she was the Head Age Group and Masters coach at the Trent Swim Club from 2012- 2016. She is NCCP Level 2 certified and was the Huronia Regional Coaches mentor in 2015 and 2016. Her passion is for developing the science and the art of fast swimming from the age of 5 years old. Competing as an age group swimmer in Ontario, she qualified for the Canadian Olympic Trials in 2004 in the 100 and 200 butterfly. This earned her a scholarship to Ohio University where she competed for four years while studying Exercise Physiology and went on to complete her Masters of Recreation while coaching and teaching. In Ohio, she was a finalist at the Mid-American Conference 3 years in a row, placing 3rd in the 200 butterfly and 2nd in the 4x 200 Medley Relay in 2006. She continued her passion to see constant improvement in swimming by coaching and only occasionally competing. Now she enjoys the challenge of outdoor sports like mountain biking and surfing. This past year she travelled through Europe cycling through the Netherlands and surfing in Portugal. After many great travels, she is looking forward to returning to Canadian soil - and home to the pool deck. Isabella Koch - Assistant Head Coach
This summer is going to be the best one yet!! I am thrilled to begin the season with the Tritons as your new Assistant Head Coach.
I have been involved in swimming now for 13 years and was a competitive swimmer competing at the Age National level. In the past, I swam with the Lincoln Vulcans Swim Club in the United Kingdom until 2006 then, after moving to Canada, swam with the Pacific Sea Wolves up until 2015. In between that, I spent a couple summers with the summer swimming community as an OCat swimmer as well! In the 2015-2016 season, I was a student-athlete at Simon Fraser University and swam on their Varsity Team! I have completed the NCCP Level 1 course and am actively coaching throughout the year also as a winter coach for the Pacific Sea Wolves Swim Club. Currently, I attend Kwantlen Polytechnic University majoring in Criminology and will be beginning my third year this fall.
I am beyond excited to share my knowledge of swimming with every athlete and I look forward to getting to know every swimmer and the families. I am always open to questions! See you all soon!!
Morganne Woolley - Assistant Coach
Hi, my name is Morganne Woolley. I have been a part of the Cloverdale Tritons for the past fourteen years, and this is my fifth year coaching. I love this sport and have learned so much about swimming as well as perseverance, and leadership. Now, as a coach I have the joy of being able to share that with my young swimmers. I'm excited to continue coaching and have the opportunity to grow in my abilities.
I have taken my NCCP Level One, and also my Red Cross first aid and swim instructor courses. In addition to coaching I tutor high school courses, volunteer with a non-profit organization, and have just finished my third year of the Bachelor of Music Program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and am looking forward to a great summer at the pool!

I have been involved in swimming for 16 years and was a competitive swimmer, competing at the provincial level. I swam in England for numerous years before moving to Canada in 2006, where I joined PSW as a winter swimmer up until 2012. In between my time as a winter swimmer, I swam as an OCat 2 athlete for a couple of summer seasons, before moving to Victoria and joining the Vikes Varsity team at The University of Victoria. I have completed my NCCP Level 1 course this year and in the past, volunteered as a coach for many years at Pacific Sea Wolves and for my Semiahmoo high-school swim team. Currently I am in my fifth year at UVic and completing my degree in Clinical Psychology, where I aspire to continue in the field of Sports Psychology.
I am excited to share my passion for swimming with every athlete and get to know each of my swimmers individually and as a team. Let’s makes this summer the best one yet! GO TRITONS!
